Riot Games announces its partnership with the Louis Vuitton brand for the 2019 Worlds . On the program, a special case for the trophy and unique skins.
The most anticipated League of Legends competition of the year is set to begin. The 2019 Worlds already promise exciting matches and Riot Games is taking the opportunity to unveil its new partnership with Louis Vuitton fashion house.
While French fans are still struggling to recover from the cacophony generated during the sale of the final places at the AccorHotel Arena, Riot Games has just announced what partnership will bring.
Louis Vuitton, a brand specializing in luxury leather goods and haute couture is officially entering the world of esport. If other brands of clothing already have partnerships for several years as Adidas or Nike, this is one of the first times that such a prestigious brand dares to approach the players in this way.
To mark the occasion of this association, Louis Vuitton, in collaboration with Riot Games, created a travel suitcase to transport the prestigious Worlds 2019 trophy. According to the information available, this Trophy Case will combine all the know- to make Louis Vuitton the lore of League of Legends.

Another fruit of this collaboration, several skins and a capsule specially designed for the occasion will soon be unveiled. Created by Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director in charge of the women’s collection, these skins will certainly repeat strong symbols of Louis Vuitton and should appeal to fans of the brand.
This partnership underlines a real desire on the part of Riot but also the sponsors to open their approach of the public by proposing ever more different products. Naz Aletaha, Head of Global Partnerships in Sports at Riot Games spoke on this topic.
We are honored to have Louis Vuitton as our official partner, with designs designed to impact the image, usability and prestige of our most important League of Legends event. This historic partnership demonstrates the impact of Riot Games and League of Legends on the industry over the past nine seasons. We welcome the Louis Vuitton brand in our sport and we look forward to sharing the entire partnership in the coming months, especially on November 10, during the presentation of the Trophée de l’Invocateur in Paris.
